Your print is produced to order and shipped rolled in a protective tube. Unframed prints only.

Delivery
Released letters ship upon purchase. During our pre-launch phase, production and delivery may take 1–3 weeks.
Upcoming letters are reserved in your name and delivered as each one is produced. You'll be notified by email with every release.

Returns & refunds
If you're not fully satisfied, you may return an artwork within 14 days of receiving it, in its original undamaged condition and packaging, including all protective materials.
Return shipping – limited edition fine art requires specialized handling, so return shipping, packaging, tracking and insurance are the customer's responsibility until the artwork is received and inspected.
Damaged artwork – please inspect your package on delivery. If the packaging is damaged, photograph it before opening and report it to the carrier. Contact us right away with photos of the artwork and packaging and we'll resolve it as quickly as possible.
