Powered by Impact Art & Collective Creativity.
Happy Hearts is powered by Impact Art, co-created with children.
The collective creativity of our CSR partners and sponsors enables a cost-efficient model where culture and business drive global impact together.
Impact Art Editions
The Impact Art Editions are created to bring daily reminders of gratitude, kindness, and playfulness into the spaces we inhabit. Into homes. Into schools. Into children’s hospitals. Into the quiet corners of everyday life—where small shifts in perspective can ripple outward.
Through our different editions and art products, we open different ways to take part—so that anyone who feels aligned can step in and become part of our global happiness manifestation.

Limited Edition
Core Collection — Edition of 6600 per letter
The Limited Edition is the core public release of the Human Alphabet letters. Our fine art prints are numbered, stamped and released in limited editions across six sizes.
This is the primary funding engine of Happy Hearts—structured to support long-term growth, sustain ongoing production, and lay the foundation of a cultural institution designed to last for centuries.
The limited edition is shaped for broad participation, distributed across the world.
With 171,600 prints, it is expansive in reach, yet limited as a whole.
Every print is numbered and stamped, produced on archival fine art paper (alpha cellulose, 200 gsm Hahnemühle Photo Matt Fibre, acid-free).
The model is designed to sustain itself, ensuring the long-term continuity of Happy Hearts at relatively low participation.
At approximately 5% sell-through—equivalent to around 13 complete alphabet collectors in each of the 26 countries where a letter is created—the model finances a full new production cycle (26 letters), organisational costs, and the rollout of the personal development program.
The Complete Alphabet Collectors acquire the full Human Alphabet (26 letters) in one purchase, with a 20% reduction. Completed prints are delivered upon purchase; the remainder as production unfolds.

For organisations, this becomes a natural extension of CSR—contributing through action.
One letter in every country worldwide
The system is designed to repeat—Within 10 years, we aim to create one letter in every country in the world—uniting the children from every corner of our planet in a global happiness manifestation.
Why multiple alphabets
We believe children all over the world will enjoy exploring the science of happiness through art and connection to nature. At the same time, when people write words on their walls, they want variation—HAPPINESS has two “P” and two “S”, and you don’t want the same image repeated next to each other. Multiple alphabets create variation through different styles and perspectives—from different photographers.
Multiple Photographers
Co-creation is at the core of Happy Hearts. After the first Human Alphabet is completed by founder Filip C Agoo, future alphabets are created by invited photographers—each contributing one letter from a specific country.
This approach ensures variation in style and perspective while increasing production speed.
To reach one letter in every country worldwide, this model scales to approximately 170 photographers—each creating one letter—resulting in a growing collection of multiple alphabets over time.
10‑year cycle
Once every country has its letter, the cycle restarts—adding one new letter per country and engaging a new generation of children through co-creating art in nature.
We believe that returning once every ten years is almost a minimum. In a future where connection to nature may become increasingly rare, creating spaces where children can connect, co-create, and contribute to each other’s happiness will be more relevant than ever.
300‑year vision
Over time, repeated 10‑year cycles create a continuously evolving body of work. This structure enables Happy Hearts to operate as a long-term cultural institution—growing in scope, network, and impact over centuries.
As the world changes, the need for connection, creativity, and emotional intelligence is unlikely to diminish. This model is designed to meet that need—again and again—across generations.
Financial stability
At ~5% sell‑through (equivalent to ~13 full alphabet collectors per country where a letter is created), the model finances another full production cycle of a complete alphabet (26 letters), organisational costs, and the rollout of the personal development program. At 100%, it amplifies the impact significantly.
Even without Limited Edition sell‑through, Patron support alone can sustain ongoing production.
As editions sell through, a defined portion of proceeds is allocated to foundation capital—strengthening the organisation’s long-term resilience and ability to stand the test of time.
Personal Development Program
A significant portion of revenue will be allocated to the Personal Development Program, an online platform for home and school, with logins that allow educators to customise programs for their classes.
Our Art Festivals act as the content creation platform, where children co-create art from our Happiness Practices. The process is documented and turned into edutainment and structured online classes.
This is how we aim to scale, enabling millions of children worldwide to explore the science of happiness through art and connection to nature, in a playful way.
Exhibitions
Exhibitions operate as a core communication channel, extending the work beyond the creation process into public and educational spaces.
They take place in two formats:
- School exhibitions — travelling between schools, combined with digital workshops from the Personal Development Program.
- Public exhibitions — ranging from cultural institutions and museums to the most unexpected environments, using a playful form of guerrilla marketing to bring colour and presence into everyday spaces.
A significant portion of revenue is allocated to exhibitions as part of the communication and education strategy. Building awareness, spreading the work globally, and connecting children to the Personal Development Program—extending reach beyond the festivals themselves.
Through exhibitions, the work continues to inspire, invite reflection, and spark dialogue.
Giving children a voice
At the heart of this work is a simple intention: to create a space where children can express themselves—giving them a voice to share their vision of our shared future.
Through their expressions, we are invited to see the world through their eyes. To remember what we may have forgotten. And perhaps realise that children are not only here to learn from us, but also here to teach us.
Our vision extends beyond a single writing system. Through future collaborations, we can expand into other languages and character systems—inviting new cultural contexts, creative expressions, and large-scale participation.
However, each expansion is a significant commitment and will be approached with care. For now, the focus is to complete the Latin alphabet as a strong foundation—upon which future collaborations can grow.

Collective Creativity
This is where partners and sponsors meet. Partners support the initiative globally and over time. Sponsors activate locally—bringing the cultural essence of each country into the festivals, so it can be shared with the world.
Through collective creativity, a happy space emerges where children can connect, co-create, and contribute to each other’s happiness through art.

Partners
Value Exchange—Not Donations.
Strategic collaborations built on value exchange—not donations. We partner with companies that contribute their expertise, services, products, and reach.
Together, we co-create CSR campaigns with our partners, aligned with their strategies and built on their real contributions.
These campaigns enable meaningful stories to be shared and create opportunities to engage employees, customers, families, and communities.
- Storytelling → what Happy Hearts create
- Impact Distribution → how partners spread them
- Ripple Effect → how it benefits children
Storytelling
We create meaningful stories with children—bringing hope, connection, and a sense of possibility at a time when many young people face increasing mental health challenges.
These stories form the foundation of everything that follows:
- Impact art and global co-creation (e.g. Human Alphabet)
- Visual and narrative content from art festivals
- Stories that inspire reflection, connection, and positive action across cultures and generations
Impact Distribution
Partners contribute by enabling these stories to move through the world—through infrastructure, communication, and activation—reaching families, inspiring parents to share meaningful content with their children, and connecting through meaningful conversations around gratitude and kindness.
- Corporate infrastructure
Partners contribute their products and services - Communication
Partners share the story through their channels, showcasing how they support and enable the mission - Activation
Campaigns, internal communication, and customer engagement bring the story to life within partner ecosystems—engaging employees and reaching families.
Ripple Effect
Through this model, meaningful stories created by children reach other children around the world—bringing inspiration, hope, and meaningful life lessons through edutainment.
No financial contribution required.
Partners contribute through:
- Services and/or products
- Infrastructure and operational support
- Impact distribution through internal and external communication channels
R.O.I
- CSR campaign package (content, storytelling, visibility)
- Brand association with a global children’s initiative
- Access to co-branded communication assets
- Opportunities for internal and external engagement
This creates a cost-efficient, scalable model where impact is driven by collaboration rather than donations.
Each partner receives a CSR campaign, co-developed to align with their brand, objectives, and communication needs.
A central component is to clearly showcase the partner’s engagement—highlighting how their services or products directly support children, communities, and the foundation.

These are designed to support constructive, human-centered conversations—inviting people to reflect on what they are grateful for, and to set intentions for how they choose to show up, at work and in life.

Sponsors
International Exposure. Local Activation. Cultural Expression.
When a community comes together to create something meaningful for their children, a deeper sense of connection emerges. People come together in ways they have not done before—united by a shared intention to bring joy to the children, co-creating the art festival and bringing local culture, traditions, and expressions into each experience—woven together with the Happy Hearts program.
We open a curated space within each festival, where national companies resonating with our values are invited to contribute.
Through products, services, and local engagement, each contribution becomes part of the experience—shaping the festival together and creating meaningful moments for the children.
This can include:
- Bringing culture, food, entertainment and local expression into the experience
- Supporting logistics, safety, venues, transportation, permits and infrastructure
- Community outreach, participation, and engagement
- Amplifying the event through local, national and international channels
- Volunteering—with time, care, and intention
Most of all, sponsors are invited into a direct experience—seeing hundreds of children smiling back—either at the festival or through stories captured in images and film.
In that moment, something shifts. What begins as contribution becomes connection—an experience of being part of something meaningful, shared with children, community, and each other.
Connection
- Connect with 500 children at the art festival in your country—and with thousands, if not millions, through the stories shared around the world
- Connect with our community through your story and contribution, shared on our platforms
- Reach national and international press through our press releases—and extend the story through your own relevant media channels
- Share a moment of joy with your employees and customers through your contribution to a global happiness movement
Co-Creation
- Co-create at the festival space and bring your offerings into the experience to gift to the children
- We document your activation and provide high-quality photo and video content for your own storytelling
Contribution
- The opportunity to contribute to an experience rooted in care for children, community, and planet
- To align with a festival grounded in the science of happiness, gratitude, and kindness—as an antidote to the rising mental health challenges among youth
- To see your contribution become real impact in the lives of children
We also invite sponsors to share their voice—through an interview about their work, values, and why they choose to contribute. This becomes part of the shared story around the festival.
We are in the process of developing a structured sustainability framework for our festivals—aligned with international standards and adapted to local ecosystems.
As part of this journey, we are exploring frameworks such as ISO 20121 and Greentime to guide our decisions and continuously improve how we operate.
With this in mind, we prioritise organic, locally produced, sustainable, and healthy contributions—shaping an experience that is kind to the earth and to the children.
Sponsors are invited to align with this intention by contributing in ways that:
- Reduce waste and unnecessary materials
- Favor reusable, recyclable, or compostable solutions
- Support local production and minimize transport
- Promote conscious consumption and wellbeing
- Respect nature, people, and place
Together, this forms the foundation for our ambition to meet recognized standards for sustainable events.
Collective creativity grows when we move beyond predefined roles.
If you feel aligned with the vision, we invite you to share how you would like to co-create and contribute—whether through resources, ideas, networks, creativity, or something we have not yet imagined.
Some of the most meaningful contributions are the ones we could not have planned for.
Goals
From immediate impact to generational integration.
From these values, our mission takes shape in action.
We bring them to life through experiences, practices, and programs—forming a living personal development journey for children.
They are designed to balance depth of impact with responsible scale, turning intention into concrete outcomes while preserving cultural integrity, financial sustainability, and long-term relevance.
This is where our mission becomes tangible. We lay the foundation for a scalable personal development program—bringing our values into practice through art, education, research, and global collaboration.
